Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Product must be in original packaging with tags intact
- Product must not be damaged or altered
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed items
- Products without tags
- Items purchased during clearance sales (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
